1 General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ba 98 (website: ba98.ws) and all its registered members. By accessing ba 98's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these terms.

Ba 98 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website when changes are made. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Ba 98 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Our services are intended solely for individuals who are legally eligible to access online betting services from their location.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with ba 98, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Only one ba 98 account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Identity Verification (KYC) Process

4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Additional time may be required while a verification process is ongoing.
• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Ba 98 does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ba 98 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover). Withdrawals are only available after you have placed bets totalling the specified multiple of the bonus and original deposit amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account closure.

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Ba 98 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet disconnection or technical errors during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets are generally voided and stakes returned to the member.
• Ba 98 reserves the right to void bets on any event found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation.
• The minimum bet is ৳10 (BDT). Maximum bet limits vary depending on the event and market.

Multiple Bets (Accumulator/Parlay)

In accumulator bets, every selection must be correct for the bet to win. If even one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. Accumulator bets carry higher risk than single bets, but the potential payout is also greater.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba 98 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or allowing them to use your account.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial gain (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to cheat the betting system using software, bots, or any other technical means.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack ba 98's systems or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour toward other members.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Registering with false information.
• Detection of suspicious or illegal activity.

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, all associated bonuses will be forfeited. However, any verified real-money balance will be returned.
